1. About Classy Maids

Redhead Scrub Club LLC, doing business as Classy Maids, is a Missouri limited liability company providing nightly rental and Airbnb turnover cleaning, linen and laundry service, commercial and office cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and residential house cleaning throughout Branson, Table Rock Lake, and the Springfield metro area. 2. Eligibility and Account Information

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to request cleaning services for, and grant access to, the property being serviced. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Payment

Scheduling & Turnovers. For Airbnb and nightly rental hosts, bookings are scheduled based on mutual calendar coordination. While we prioritize peak-season turnaround windows (typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM), hosts are required to provide accurate guest checkout and check-in schedules in advance.

Access & Utilities. Clients must provide safe access to the premises (keypad codes, lockbox combinations, or on-site entry) and ensure functional water, electrical power, and climate control during cleaning visits.

Payment & Billing. Payment terms are confirmed during the quote and booking process. Invoices must be settled in accordance with the agreed schedule. For recurring commercial accounts, terms are specified in the commercial service proposal.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through the form on https://www.classymaidsllc.com/contact and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages from Redhead Scrub Club LLC dba Classy Maids about quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, cleaning visit reminders, turnover completion notifications, and service updates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the authority of the account holder to consent to receive SMS messages.

5. Conduct and Cancellation

Classy Maids reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any property or customer where conditions or behavior are unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with a safe working environment for our team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, and methodologies, is the property of Redhead Scrub Club LLC dba Classy Maids or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classy Maids disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classy Maids, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Classy Maids in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redhead Scrub Club LLC dba Classy Maids, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
